Martyrdoms of 9 brave hearts and civilian in 48 hours shocking : JKDFP | KNO

Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) has expressed shock over the martyrdom of nine brave hearts by Indian forces in just 48 hours.

The party has also expressed anguish over army firing on mourners in Shopian and is grieved on the death of a young mourner and injuring of many by Indian forces. While expressing sorrow over the fresh killings, JKDFP has paid rich and glowing tributes to nine martyrs of Shopian, Lolab and Sopore who were martyred by Indian forces in last forty eight hours. The party paid tributes to Shaheed Umar Nazir Malik son of Nazir Ahmad Malik of Malikgund Shopian, Shaheed Waqar Aslam Sheikh of Malikgund, Shaheed Aijaz Ahmad Paul of Lossdenow, Shaheed Arshid Ahmad Khan of Ganowpora and Shaheed Arif Ahmad of Pahalgam who were martyred by Indian forces at Kiloora village of Shopian. The party also paid rich tributes to Shaheed Zahoor Ahmad Mir of Thayan Kalaroos and Shaheed Bilal Ahmad Shah of Shotmuqam Kupwara who were martyred by Indian forces in Kandhar village of Kupwara on Thursday.

The Spokesperson also remembered Shaheed Reyaz Ahmad Dar of Naseerabad, Chinkipora, Sopore and Shaheed Khursheed Ahmad Malik son of Ghulam Nabi Malik of Nikas, Pulwama who were martyred at Drusoo Sopore. Shaheed Khursheed had completed his B. Tech Degree. The spokesperson strongly condemned the army firing on unarmed people at Ganowpora village who had assembled to attend funeral prayers of a brave heart. He said that showering bullets on civilians is nothing but barbarism of Indian forces which has resulted in the death of 22 year old Bilal Ahmad Khan and injuring of others.

The party spokesperson expressed solidarity with the families of all martyrs and prayed for those who were injured in Indian forces firing. He said that freedom struggle is become more precious after every passing day as our youngsters are rendering priceless sacrifices in the way of freedom.
